Installation - 1st Fix
Commonly referred to in the trade as a “1st fix” this is one of the most critically important aspects of an installation due to building and fire regulations! Getting it wrong is not only expensive, but can also be very dangerous! This is where you need a company with a proven track record!
2nd Fix
Commonly referred to in the trade as a “2nd fix” this is where your audio-visual investment all comes together nicely and takes shape! This is what your customers and staff will see and hear! So not only is it vitally important that your audio-visual investment functions exactly the way you plan, but that it is also aesthetically pleasing and harmonious with the surroundings! The only way to achieve both of these objectives is by meticulous planning as explained above and by the quality of the work carried out.
Job Completion
We essentially hand over the controls to you! We provide all necessary training to ensure you and your staff can safely and competently operate the equipment you have invested in.

Field Service
“Professional equipment is built to last” However, constant use, day-in day-out will take its toll eventually, and even the best equipment, will at some point need replacing! This is where it’s vitally important that you can trust the integrity of the field engineers tasked with getting you back up and running!
Training
All engineers are fully training to industry standards, including some of the following:
Safety Passport Alliance, this allows engineers to work on petrol forecourts safely.
CSCS, this allows engineers on to construction site, generally for 1st fix installations.
IPAF, this allows engineers to operate access equipment such as scissor lifts safely
As standard, all engineers carry out yearly training/refresher courses in the following:
